To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager in the Sales Department to join us in our Global Commercial HQ based in London.
Summary:
Join Lotus as our Corporate Sales Manager and take charge of growing our fleet market share in the UK. In this exciting role, you'll focus on expanding sales of our Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) products through both direct selling and through leasing companies to SMEs.
What you'll do:
- Monitor fleet sales performance against budget, using sales data to create data-driven action plans that improve performance and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leasing companies, SMEs, and key accounts, while organizing and participating in events to boost Lotus brand and product awareness among SMEs to achieve fleet market share goals.
- Develop, align, and implement a UK fleet sales strategy, while overseeing the team’s efforts to meet sales targets in line with the company’s business model and sales channel mix.
What you'll bring:
- Significant expertise in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- In-depth working knowledge of the automotive network, with a strong portfolio of relationships and market insight.
- Proven track record in sales performance oversight, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, particularly with leasing companies and SMEs.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to convey concepts and strategies clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and occasional unsociable hours during peak times.

Additional Information:
- This role will be working from our London Global Commercial HQ. This role will be Hybrid working, however there will be an expectancy to work a minimum of 3 days per week in the London office - EC1V
- Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in London without VISA sponsorship.
