HR Business Partner - Pan-Europe Commercial

To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a HR Business Partner – Global Commercial in the Group HR Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.
Summary:
Our Global Commercial Organisation is seeking an experienced Automotive/Commercial HR Business Partner to join our team in our in Coventry. The successful applicant will advise Senior Leaders and Management on HR strategy, policies and practices, be proactively involved in all HR aspects of the division reporting to the VP HR. Key contacts will include the Employee Culture and Engagement Partner and the Organisational Development / Comp & Bens Manager as well as the wider Central OD team and the other in country HR teams in Europe, US and China.
What you'll do:
• Have business/divisional awareness to allow for the effective support of the division allocated.
• Assist the Director of Human Resources in deploying HR strategy.
• Ensure Senior Management are aware of changes in employment law in all relevant regions / countries
• Provide support on complex ER matters and develop appropriate solutions.
• Lead and deliver HR projects in a timeline manner as and when required.
• Support our global employees through-out the employee life cycle.
• Promote best practice across the business, presenting HR matters in a clear and concise way ensuring managers implement HR policies and practices to help drive and deliver business results.
• Act as a strategic HRBP to designated departments, fostering powerful and productive working relationships.
• Strategic thinking, anticipating and resolving problems before they arise, and offering expert HR advice and support on complex, sensitive, or high-risk employee relations (ER) cases, negotiating on difficult and controversial issues ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
• Update and review and share relevant HR analytics.
• Work with line managers to identify key talent and devise plans to retain within the business.
• Be a champion for all the people in our Us Lot community.
What you'll bring:
• The successful applicant will have a business-related degree or equivalent and ideally be a chartered member of CIPD.
• Previous experience within an Automotive environment is essential with a good knowledge of the commercial environment.
• Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge in employee relations, reward, organisational design and development, employment law, international HRM, change management.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Balanced individual with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Effective communicator both verbal and written.
• HR management experience and knowledge of continental Europe.
• Demonstrates the Lotus behaviours – Respect, One Team, Ambition and Drive.

Additional Information:
- This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on-site full-time.
- Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without VISA sponsorship.
