To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a PR & Communications Manager in the Group Marketing Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.

Summary:

You are responsible for the day2day PR operations and strategy to deliver best in class experiences and support the achievement of the business objectives.

What you'll do:

Media Relations & Communications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive media and influencers.
• Oversee production and distribution of all PR communications.

Content & Channels
• Manage PR content across media website, social channels, and internal platforms (intranet, USLOT news).
• Collaborate with Head of Content to create and disseminate engaging content.

Events & Activations
• Plan and execute impactful media events and product launches.
• Manage press fleet across European markets.
• Support lifestyle PR, product placement, and brand ambassador programs.

Partnerships & Retail
• Support PR for partnership programs and retail network communications.

Strategic Contribution
• Align PR activities with overall commercial objectives, working closely with sales and marketing teams.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in PR or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organised, pragmatic, and solution-oriented.
• Independent, creative thinker with a pioneering mindset.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Flexible approach to working hours and days.

Additional Information:

• This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on-site, full time. 
• Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without VISA sponsorship.
