To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Senior HR Advisor in the Group Human Resources Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.

Summary:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role will provide first line advice and support to the business and its employees in the UK. They will take the lead on all employee relations, HR analytics and identification of key themes, our annual performance management process, and many more crucial aspects of our HR lifecycle. They will also support functional projects when required

What you'll do:

• Taking the lead on all aspects of employee relations including support investigations, hearing cases, supporting, and guiding managers.

• Leading on analysing HR data and escalate any key trends/themes to the HRBP.

• Make significant updates/changes to HR policy and procedure as required; develop and implement new HR policy and procedure as required, working with the broader HR team for synergy and consistency.

• Updating templates/forms/processes in line with business need and policy changes, working with the broader HR team for synergy and consistency.

• Provide training to managers on HR policies and procedures.

• Support projects/initiatives when required.

• Lead on ensuring bi-annual reviews and annual reviews are complete across the business as well as any performance enhancement plans.

• Provide advice and coaching for managers and employees.

• Drive engagement survey, results sharing and action planning.

What you'll bring:

Essential

• Experience working at HR Advisor level

• Ability to be self-driven and a self- starter

• Innovative and creative ‘can do’ attitude and approach

• Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of work

• Pro-active approach

• Excellent communicator who can build strong working relationships

Desirable

• Hold Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification

Additional Information:

• This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on-site, full time. 

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without VISA sponsorship.
