To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Marketing, PR & Communications Manager – North Asia to join us in our Global Commercial site based in North Asia.

To bring the company to the level we want it to be we are looking for an internationally focused Marketing, PR & Communications Manager – for Japan, South Korea and Taiwan - based in Japan.
Role will work closely with the China/APAC commercial team, Lotus Dealer network, and appointed agency to facilitate development of robust short and long term marketing, PR and communication plans as part of the short and long term Lotus overall business plan process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Definition of marketing plan that meets the required standards to meet business objectives.
- Conduct post event analysis to understand effectiveness of action.
- Develop and manage regional advertising/digital campaigns.
- Manage Marketing budget and track spend.
- Build relationships with Press and Media.
- Collaborate with China/APAC commercial team.
- Foster relationships with digital media and influencers.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Sales or related discipline.
- Experience in automotive sales/marketing.
- Excellent digital skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Fluent in Japanese (mandatory).
Additional Information:
Travel in the region will be expected as a regular feature of the role.
