Partner with regional sales teams, marketing, finance, and supply chain functions to ensure sales plans are aligned with inventory, operational capability, and commercial priorities.
Build and maintain robust sales tracking and reporting systems, providing meaningful insights into sales performance, conversion rates, lead management, and operational KPIs.
Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint, translating complex data into clear business insights.
Lead regional sales review meetings, dealer performance workshops, and strategic planning sessions, ensuring clear actions, accountability, and follow-through on agreed outcomes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback from dealers and internal stakeholders to refine sales strategies and strengthen performance management processes.
What you'll bring:
Previous experience within sales strategy, sales operations, or sales analysis, within the OEM automotive industry and with exposure to European or multi-country markets.
Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in Excel, including modelling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs, alongside experience using SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data and commercial insights clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience working collaboratively across international and multicultural teams, building strong relationships across sales, marketing, finance, and operational functions.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced and changing environment.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and accountability, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving business performance.
