Campaign Manager

To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Campaign Manager in the Group Marketing Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.
Summary:
Lotus Cars is seeking a highly organised and commercially focused Campaign Manager to support the delivery of integrated global marketing and communications initiatives across international markets.
This role will play a critical part in coordinating campaign activity across multiple functions, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and effective execution across all customer touchpoints. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, you will act as a central point of coordination between HQ, local markets, agencies, and internal teams to support the successful delivery of product launches, brand campaigns, partnerships, events, and customer engagement initiatives.

What you'll do:
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global marketing and communications campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered on time and aligned to business objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Brand, Digital, CRM, PR, Retail, Media, Editorial, and Events to ensure campaign readiness and delivery excellence.
Maintain integrated campaign plans, timelines, critical paths, and stakeholder updates across multiple concurrent projects.
Act as a key operational point of contact between Global HQ and regional/local markets to support effective campaign rollout and execution.
Coordinate the development and distribution of campaign toolkits, launch materials, assets, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all markets.
Support the delivery of product launches, partnerships, experiential activations, press events, and integrated omnichannel campaigns.
Monitor campaign implementation and performance across markets, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.
Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, lead generation, event attendance, and customer interaction metrics, supporting reporting and performance analysis.
Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for leadership meetings and global marketing forums.
Coordinate agency and vendor relationships, supporting campaign delivery, governance, budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and operational administration.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance campaign effectiveness, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
What you'll bring:
Demonstrable experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or cross-functional project delivery within an international, premium, or fast-paced commercial environment.
Proven ability to coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders, channels, and markets from planning through to execution and post-campaign evaluation.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing disciplines including Digital, CRM, PR, Media, Retail, Social Media, and Events.
Experience supporting product launches, brand campaigns, activations, or customer engagement initiatives with strong operational and delivery focus.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work across global and regional teams.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach with the ability to identify risks and drive resolution.
Confidence working with campaign data, reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
Experience working within matrix organisations or international business environments would be advantageous.
Previous experience within automotive, luxury, lifestyle, technology, or premium consumer brands would be beneficial.
Passion for automotive, innovation, premium brands, and customer experience.

Additional Information:
This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on-site, full time.
Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without VISA sponsorship.
