Coach and mentor technicians to strengthen technical capability and repair quality.
Identify competency gaps and provide structured feedback to Head Office.
Support regional technical training plans alongside the Lotus Training Academy.
Deliver on-site coaching, practical demonstrations and informal technical training.
Support escalated customer cases and communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
Provide feedback on product quality, repair effectiveness and Dealer capability.
Support Warranty and Quality teams with inspections, technical analysis and field investigations.
Contribute to continuous improvement across Lotus Aftersales.
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, Master Technician, or in an equivalent technical Aftersales role.
Strong diagnostic expertise across complex electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.
Excellent fault-finding and technical problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
Coaching and mentoring capability and a passion for developing others.
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to operate independently in the field.
A customer-focused mindset and commitment to quality and service excellence.
Fluent French and English.
What success looks like
You'll be accountable for supporting Dealer technical performance, improving repair quality and strengthening first-time fix performance. Success will be reflected in reduced escalations, stronger Dealer confidence and capability, and improved customer satisfaction.
